I began my journey in to guided meditation at 33 Communmity arts centre in the latest 1980s, by the 1990s I was helping private clients from Luton & Dunstable Drugs Helpline, Bedfordshire Body Positive and Luton police HR.
I work with 1:1 clients offering remote healing, guided meditation, incense composition, and physical therapies.

This is a group 'circle' meditation establishing the Green lotus lounge as a safe non denominational safe space to heal.

Each week a different guided meditation is offered from the 'meditation menu'.

Wear comfortable clothes, bring water, bring a yoga mat or neck support if you need one

Sit, lie down, stand or use any position you would like; chill out; meet like minded people; benefit from the energy of a small intimate circle.
