Swim Practice: Thursdays

I am a Triathlon Coach and Swimming Teacher based in Coventry, West Midalnds.I work with people who swim for fitness and fun and who want to swim further with less effort. I am licensed Total Immersion Swim Coach and  I work with adults learning to swim their first length of front crawl through to triathletes qualifying for the world championships.I also provide a Triathlon Coaching service to help you train for an event from sprint distance to Ironman.

YouCanCoaching

<P>This is a weekly practice session for Triathletes and Total Immersion swimmers. It runs every week and is a mixture of technique work and fitness. We use tempo trainers and metrics such as stroke counting to learn how to stay efficient at different tempos. It is aimed at triathletes and swimmers who <SPAN>have completed one of our workshops or courses and has some knowledge of Total Immersion Swimming.</SPAN> If you''re not sure if its suitable for you please get in touch. It costs £10 per session and you can pay at the session or register on line.  </P>
