Introducing the People Lab ‘Weekly Wellbeing Lunch’

These sessions have been set up to share some of our expertise in wellbeing and positive psychology, focusing on some simple, practical tools and approaches.
There’s no doubt that those of us involved in the people side of business will have our work cut out as we navigate our way through weeks and months ahead. But, we need to make sure we look after ourselves first and foremost, so we can meet the challenges coming our way and getting a bunch of like-minded people together to talk, share and learn seems like a great place to start. Join us each Thursday (starting on 9th April 2020) at 1pm
 for 60 minutes We&#x27;ll be running these sessions for at least the next 6 weeks, so feel free to join us as and when you can.The session will be hosted by Emma (People Lab Founder and MD), and each week we’ll share some tools to help you look after your well-being and support the teams you work with too. Some of the topics we’ll be covering over the coming weeks include:
•	Building resilience
•	Using our happiness advantage to develop wellbeing
•	Engaging through times of (unprecedented) change
•	Developing a growth mindset
•	Using strengths
•	Developing optimism
•	And much more
