Welcome to Coffee is our beginner-friendly tasting workshop for anyone who loves coffee and wants to understand it a bit more. 

We’ll cover things like:

• Coffee as a cherry
• What actually happens at origin
• How processing changes flavour
• What elevation really means
• How it gets from farm to roastery
• And what we’re doing when we roast it

You’ll taste a few coffees side by side, learn what to look for in the cup, and have plenty of time to ask questions.

It’s free, open to everyone, and aimed to make specialty coffee feel welcoming.
