Join us on Thursday, May 8th, from 6.30 pm to 8.30 pm at Bear and Boost (above Running Bear) for an informative and interactive evening discovering the potential of Self-Compassion as a valuable tool through which to enhance and protect your well-being. Start the evening with a welcome drink of Kickback Coffee, Cheshire Tea, or Harry's Hot Chocolate. Sit with friends, learn about and explore the elements of self-compassion and how they work together to protect and preserve our well-being; improve performance in personal professional, and sporting endeavours and allow us to invest in our physical and mental health. Participate in a journalling exercise to encourage self-compassion,and after enjoying a break and the opportunity to buy a drink and chat with others, end the session with a Mindful Self-Compassion guided meditation.
