This weekly group is a friendly and supportive space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings. Each week, we focus on a different topic of wellbeing; and through group discussion and journal prompts/ techniques (and a little bit of wellbeing coaching), you can explore how you feel and what changes you can make to enhance your wellbeing.

Do I need to bring anything?

Just a notebook and pen (or whatever you use to write notes) and maybe some water, as the room can get quite warm in the summer.

Do I need any knowledge of journaling or wellbeing?

No. It's suitable for any level of knowledge; beginner to advance. It's a very informal group, so please don't worry if you are a beginner.

I'm shy/ nervous, do I have to take part in any group discussion?

No, it's an informal group, and you just take part in whatever you're comfortable with. I know coming to a new group can be daunting, and not everyone is comfortable sharing, so just do whatever you're comfortable with.

Who runs the group?

My name is Dawn and I am a qualified life coach . I set up my little business because I wanted to help people have better wellbeing and being more confident and happier.
