Engage London

Most employers and managers want to reduce work absences and particularly those related to health issues. There is growing interest in supporting employees’ wellbeing at work and the Better Health for London priority to 'Make work a healthy place to be', is one such initiative.
This workshop is in partnership with the HWWG (Health, Work and Wellbeing Group) led by The Fit For Work Team and will provide an overview of the issues around work and wellbeing:
• Looking at the national context and policy on health and work; • Greater London Authority initiative; • Exploring work place health,  • Exploring how participants are supporting work as a healthy place to be 
This workshop is aimed at Managers and Supervisors within the voluntary and community sector.
