Justin Nicholls is a composer and multi-instrumentalist.

He is best known for creating the music for many multi-award-winning TV series over the past 30 years.

These include the BAFTA-winning series ‘One Born Every Minute’, ‘The Force’ and ‘The National Trust’.

Other popular series include ’24 Hours In Police Custody’, ‘Grand Designs’, ‘The Supervet’, ‘The Secret Life Of The Zoo’ and ‘Numberjacks’.

He has released five albums under the alias Monc, and songs from these have been used in tv series across the globe.

Two of his songs were used in Christopher Nolan’s breakthrough film ‘Memento’.

Our session will focus on music as a meditation, using simple percussion instruments and the human voice.
