So we&#x27;re delighted we can offer these exciting new workshops to all students. These sessions have been designed by Mind, alongside students. Wellbeing Essentials for Students is an online, interactive group workshop that takes 2 hours. You will have access to further online resources after the session that you can look at whenever you like, for as long you like. After attending, you’ll also be sent a digital certificate which you can use to show you’ve developed essential knowledge and skills to manage your mental health and wellbeing at university. This may be very beneficial to add to your CV and to discuss during future job applications! These are great workshops to do with friends!***ALL SESSIONS ARE TAKING PLACE VIRTUALLY. Once you register, you will be sent more information and a link to join the session. What will the workshop cover?The workshop will explore what mental health is, how to work with the ‘five ways to wellbeing’ to support ourselves, where to find support from within and outside university, and how to have conversations about mental health. Specifically, the session will cover:•	What mental health and wellbeing are•	The five ways to wellbeing -- five evidenced-based actions designed to improve personal wellbeing•	The importance of social connection•	Ways to support others and finding support for yourself•	Managing stress•	Signs and symptoms of mental health problems•	Wellness action plansWhat will I get out of the course?This workshop is designed to introduce you to some key mental health topics that we think every student should know.
