Join us for a relaxed and interactive Wellbeing Taster Day designed especially for young adults aged 16–30.
Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, curious, or just in need of a reset, this is your space to pause, reflect, and find small ways to feel better, physically, mentally, and emotionally.
What to Expect:
- Tips on better sleep, eating for energy, focus, gentle movement & mindfulness practices (no gym needed)
- Managing anxiety & challenging the “what-ifs” alongside exploring happiness, purpose, and connection
You'll leave with:
- Practical tools you can use right away with a deeper understanding of your own version of wellbeing.
- A small, achievable goal to start your journey with lots of information on how to access free support, coaching, and workshops.
No pressure. No judgment. Just a safe space to learn, share, and take care of you.
Important note: This event is for 16 to 30-year-olds only.
Additional note: There is NO parking available at our venue. We are situated on a busy main road.
Stockwell is the closest station (underground), which is a 5-minute walk away.
