What does wellbeing mean to you?Is it getting more sleep? Moving your body? Managing stress or just catching your breath. Join us for a relaxed and interactive Wellbeing Taster Day designed especially for young adults aged 16–30.Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, curious, or just in need of a reset, this is your space to pause, reflect, and find small ways to feel better, physically, mentally, and emotionally. What to Expect:<ul><li>Tips on better sleep, eating for energy, focus, gentle movement &amp; mindfulness practices (no gym needed)</li><li>Managing anxiety &amp; challenging the “what-ifs” alongside exploring happiness, purpose, and connection</li></ul>You'll leave with:<ul><li>Practical tools you can use right away with a deeper understanding of your own version of wellbeing.</li><li>A small, achievable goal to start your journey with lots of information on how to access free support, coaching, and workshops.</li><li>Find out about all the workshops we run at The Skills Spot and see what might interest you.</li></ul>No pressure. No judgment. Just a safe space to learn, share, and take care of you. Important note: This event is for 16 to 30-year-olds only.Additional note: There is NO parking available at our venue. We are situated on a busy main road.Stockwell is the closest station (underground), which is a 5-minute walk away.
