Wellbeing Workshop 

London College of Communication

Saturday 6 April 11.30am-1.30pm LCC Studio, Elephant & Castle Shopping Centre, SE1 6TE Free and open to all. 
This workshop is designed and facilitated by Jagoda Szczesna who is passionate about bringing people together and giving the creative particle (hidden in all humans) a safe space to come forward and ultimately enrich our lives.
“An inner journey, through feelings, through wounds and pain is where the creative particle awaits.”
 
This workshop involves sitting on the floor.
All materials provided.
 
 
With an increasing amount of noise in a consumerist society
Silence became a forgotten state.
 
Rather than expressing, consuming is the casualty of today.
But to face nothing might be a scary thing.
 
For, comforting the noises can be:
Preventing inner depths from opening.
 
Yet, a blank page is what this workshop values above everything else.
 
No text, no images, nothing for the senses to process.
But, a pure presence of a blank page
Inviting the inner voice to be expressed.
 
And scary as this might be,
This workshop is a safe space for inner research to take place.
 
In a meditative atmosphere,
The mind can rest,
Allowing self-expression to flow onto a page.
 
It is simple, no skills are needed to participate
But an intention to be;
To let creativity unleash itself.
