Meditation and light stretching to prepare you for the day ahead!

Come along for a gentle start to the day with some guided meditation and light stretching to ground and reinvigorate you midweek. The aim is to tend to tight muscles and reduce the dread in the day ahead. You can expect a welcoming friendly vibe, suitable for beginners, especially if sitting still for a long meditation isn't your vibe! Elements will include breath work, movement and stretching, but the sessions will be guided by the needs of the group and vary slightly each time. This is a consent-guided practice.
