Not at all. This workshop is for everyone — whether you’ve never created a moodboard or you’re deeply into design. If you’re craving a calmer home and more connection with your space, you’re in the right place.

❓Will we be doing any journaling or writing?

Accepted Answer

No journaling in this session — the focus is on sensory exploration and intuitive creative work like drawing and moodboard-making. All prompts are guided and relaxed.

❓Do I need to bring anything?

Accepted Answer

Please bring your yoga mat, and blanket something to keep you warm and comfortable and be prepared with one space in mind from your home that you’d like to transform (e.g. bedroom, lounge, etc.). We’ll provide all the materials and samples — just bring an open mind and a willingness to explore.

Something comfortable and cosy — this is a relaxed, sensory experience. You might be sitting on the floor or leaning over materials, so dress softly and bring layers if you tend to get chilly.

This is an intimate event with a maximum of 6 guests, to allow for a personalised, restorative experience.
