Join Mind-Body Wellbeing Coach & Meditation Teacher, Emma England, for Wellness Wednesdays - a monthly lunchtime reset designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and restore calm. Each session includes guided meditation, gentle breathwork, mindful reflection, and simple grounding practices.
Each month brings a new seasonal theme to support your wellbeing and help you move through the year with more ease and balance - all while enjoying a freshly prepared, nourishing lunch from Billingtons.
March: Spring Reset
Tuesday 18th March | 12:30–1:30pm | £20 per person
As we begin to move into spring, this time of year invites a sense of renewal - a gentle opportunity to refresh your energy, restore balance, and reset for the season ahead. This session is designed to help you reconnect with yourself, feel lighter in body and mind, and step forward with calm, steady energy.
You’ll be guided through a soothing 40-minute mindfulness, meditation and breathwork practice, to help you:
• Refresh and rebalance your energy as the season shifts
• Release built-up tension and mental heaviness
• Restore clarity and gentle focus for the weeks ahead
You’ll finish the session feeling grounded, refreshed, and quietly uplifted, followed by a nourishing seasonal lunch to support your mind and body for the rest of your day.
