What do I need to bring?

Please bring a yoga mat & blanket for comfort during the meditation (I do have a couple of spare mats - just email after booking if you don't have one). You are also welcome to bring anything else that helps you feel relaxed - such as a cushion, warm layers. Water will be provided by the venue.

Are allergies and dietary requirements catered for?

Yes. Please let us know if you have any specific dietary requirements, allergies, or intolerances when booking, and the Billingtons team will be happy to accommodate you.

Question 3

How long is the session?

Each Wellness Wednesday lasts one hour. The guided mindfulness and meditation session is around 40 minutes, followed by time to enjoy your lunch. You’re welcome to stay and eat in the venue or take your lunch away if you’re short on time.

Question 4

I’ve never done meditation or mindfulness before - can I still join?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Everyone is welcome, whether you’re completely new or have an existing practice. Each session is gently guided and designed simply to help you slow down, breathe, and create space to pause in the middle of your week.
