How much does the event cost?

The event is PAY AS YOU FEEL, but we require a £5 deposit to secure your place, as spaces are limited.

How long will the session be?

The workshop will last 1 hour in the studio. There will be time to reflect and socialise afterwards as well if you would like to, but no pressure, you are more than welcome to head straight home if you'd rather.

Question 3

What should I wear?

Wear comfortable clothes to move freely in, but understand that you will most likely be sitting or laying down for most of the session.

What should I bring?

Everything will be provided (mat, blanket, etc) at the studio. Just bring yourself and an open mind. You might want to bring some water/drink with you should you get thirst during the session.

Arrive 5 minutes before to find the studio and get settled.

Can I bring my child?

Unfortunately, no children. We are limiting these Wellness Workshops to adults only at this time, but be sure to share what you've learnt with your friends and family that can't make it.

Is this workshop suitable for pregnancy?

Accepted Answer

Yes, this will be a very gentle breath work session with the focus being on finding stillness and calm versus active breath work. A brief health questionnaire will be sent out to all who sign up one week prior to the session. Feel free to ask any questions at rosehillschoolpta@hotmail.co.uk
