We have teamed up with Elaine Frazer of <A HREF="http://www.elainefrazerhypnotherapy.com/" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Elaine Frazer Hypnotherapy</A> and  Liz Crosland from <A HREF="https://www.facebook.com/footprintsholistictherapy/" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Foot Prints Reflexology and Holistic Health</A> and Helen Agarwal to inspire you to make 2019 different. It will be a day of talks and taster sessions. We have planned a range of sessions designed to help you on your journey to a healthier, well you!
 
Workshop Sessions 
Jacqui Taylor, our Director and Clinical Lead, will be doing two talks:

<LI>Criminal or Victim – why where it hurts isn't always where the problem is.</LI>
<LI>Make it the Norm - how to build the good practice of good habits to achieve those health and fitness goals and how to start to do all those things you’d love to do without injuring yourself.</LI>
</UL>
 
Be inspired by Elaine Frazer, <A HREF="http://www.elainefrazerhypnotherapy.com/" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Elaine Frazer Hypnotherapy</A>  as she takes you on a hypnotherapy journey that can help you achieve your goals for 2019
‘Create a Positive Mindset for a Healthy Body and Mind’
Elaine will talk about how you can use hypnotherapy to do this and there will be a short group ‘Taster’ session following the talk for anyone who would like to experience what hypnotherapy treatment is like.
 
Helen Agarwal, will be doing two talks on healthy eating for the new year:
‘Sweet Treats – healthier alternatives to sugar’
Learn how to make super tasty sweet treats that aren’t full of sugar. And get to try some too!
 ‘Daily Detoxing’
Helen talks through ideas of how to detox this New Year and to feel healthier.
Elizabeth Crosland of Footprints Refexology and Massage Therapies wil be offering ‘Taster’ Reflexology and Seated Acupressure Massages (£10 for 15 minutes and must be booked in advance through reception).
She will talk about the services she offers and the new SCAR WORKS treatments now available.
