One full year of uncertainties, loss and adapting to a constantly changing &#x27;new normal&#x27;.In short - it&#x27;s been a lot. The impact of being in survival mode for such a sustained period of time may show up in your life as a heightened sense of anxiety, restlessness, fatigue, lack of motivation, insomnia and an overall sense of &#x27;cloudiness&#x27;. Sound familiar? Well, you are certainly not alone and rest assured that these feelings are all perfectly normal. Join Creative Healing Practitioner and Wellness Advocate, Chantal Miller for a fully immersive hour of Wellness Toolkit building. An opportunity to learn (or even re-learn) practical wellness practices which you can lean into to create more space for ease and joy in your life.Bring a blanket, a journal/notebook and your favourite pens.
