This is a face to face support group for people, families/carers living with kidney disease in the community of Swansea

The Kidney Cafe is run by Popham Kidney Support volunteers with personal experience of kidney disease to support the people of Swansea who are living with kidney disease. An opportunity to meet face to face for a cuppa, chat and find out more how you can access support from about Popham Kidney Support.
