Sacred SpacePyrford, England
Wednesday, Dec 10 from 7 pm to 9 pm GMT
Overview

Djembe drum circle focusing on West African rhythms. Come with your drum or use one of many available, no experience necessary.

⭐Come and join us in our local friendly drum circle, the focus of this circle is to share traditional West African drumming patterns and rhythms, practice playing and to help achieve a medative/flow state in a welcoming, friendly environment.

⭐Rhythmic drumming induces a relaxation response, lowering stress levels and promoting a sense of calm. The repetitive nature of drumming can provide a meditative experience, helping to disconnect from everyday stress, reduce anxiety, and promote mental clarity.

⭐Group drumming can also create a great sense of well being and enhance social bonds helping to promote a srong sense of community.

⭐If you have your own that's great but drums are provided for those without, but no jewellery please 🙏

Everyone very welcome no experience necessary...!

⭐Please contact me direct to reserve a drum for you

⭐Studies have shown that drumming can create alpha waves leading to a calmness and greater sense of self-awareness, also proven to stimulate and synchronize both hemispheres of the brain at once, creating new connections and neural pathways - so you can actually drum yourself smarter...!😅

⭐Overall though everyone experiences the feel good fun factor, drumming never fails to put a smile on your face.

So why not come along and get your groove on with us...?

⭐Drum re-skinning and servicing also available for anone in need.

I recently created a rope pulling table to make life a little easier enabling easier rope tension during the re-skinning process..
