The Aston University campus is located on a green 60 acre, self-contained site in the centre of Birmingham, within 5-10 minutes’ walk of the main shopping, business and entertainment areas of the city. Are you looking for a way of evidencing your legal research skills? Library Services is offering you the chance to join a Westlaw workshop with trainer Ramita Kahlon and gain free certification on their product Westlaw. 
Certification is a great way of testing your legal research skills and learning how to use Westlaw effectively. It also looks great on your CV and demonstrates to employers that you have a good standard of legal research skills. You’re not just saying it – you’ve got proof!
The workshop will take place in the Library 2nd floor teaching room where each attendee will have access to a computer  You will receive a one hour refresher training session and 30 minutes to take the test with support from the trainer and your Information Specialist.
