A workshop for expectant parents and grandparents to find out how a Postnatal Doula might support their family after a new baby is born.

This session provides an opportunity to:<ul><li>Imagine or recall the reality of life with a newborn baby.</li><li>Consider what kind of support parents might need after their baby or babies are born.</li><li>Find out more about the support a Postnatal Doula may offer to a family in the first few weeks after birth.</li></ul>Joanna Brett is an NCT-trained Breastfeeding Counsellor and a Mentored Postnatal Doula registered with Doula UK. She has supported hundreds of new and expectant parents with feeding their babies and toddlers as well as with related issues such as sleep and physical and mental health.
