To work with an eldership which is a real band of brothers is an immense joy. But sadly we come across situations in which leaders have fallen out to the detriment of the life of the church. What are the ingredients of good leadership teams? How can we preserve unity and fellowship when there are difficult pressures on the leaders? These are vital questions.
