3 presentations for the price of 1! Join Ed Birrell, Sophia Leeder and Sarah Moore from Charles Russell Speechlys for an engaging and practical session exploring key trust and family law issues through recent case law and real-world scenarios.

The speakers will cover:

• Pre-nuptial agreements and financial disclosure in the context of family trusts – what trustees, settlors and beneficiaries (and the happy couple themselves) need to consider when trusts and marriage intersect.
• Righting trusts that have gone wrong – an overview of recent cases on rescission, variation and other remedial tools available to trustees when things don’t go to plan.
• The legend of the negative Beddoe – fact or fiction? A look at what it means in practice for trustees facing contentious situations.

The lecture will start 12pm sharp and last for approximately 50 minutes with 10 minutes for questions.

Tickets are transferable to another STEP member or colleague on the day but they are non-refundable unless 48 hours notice is given.

No, we are able to take names at registration so you don't have to bring your ticket.

Is it OK if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?

Yes, tickets are transferable to a colleague if you find yourself unable to attend.
