Where Wellbeing & Business Meet – Networking Event

Connection, growth, and wellbeing, all in one space for business owners and solopreneurs.

The Royal Bath Hotel, Bournemouth
Friday 30th January 2026 | 11.00am – 1pm

Exciting new and inspiring networking event. Following on from the success of the first, we are back.

Louise Bliss, co founder of Essentially Bliss and founder of Next Chapter & Beyond is bringing together wellbeing and business growth, creating space for genuine conversations, shared ideas, supportive connections and a chance to prioritise your wellbeing as you create and grow your business.

Our guest speaker this month is Emma Sills

Emma is a business mentor, for fitness and wellness professionals looking to take the next step in their business, whether that’s opening a gym, studio, or wellness centre, or scaling to their next level of success.

With over 20 years in the fitness and wellness industry, Emma has lived every chapter of growth: from earning a professional status as a figure athlete in bodybuilding to scaling a gym brand from the ground up to seven thriving locations, and running fitness festivals and retreats.

Emma know’s what it takes to build something extraordinary, a profitable, purpose-driven business that works for you.

Emma will talking How to 10X your Visibility, how to cut through the noise and finally get the visibility your business deserves. She’ll show you how to drive consistent organic traffic to your content, offers, and services, without relying on paid ads, complicated funnels, or spending all day online.

You’ll have the chance to:
✨ Meet other local business owners and share what you do
✨ Hear about others’ stories and learn from their experiences
✨ Pick up practical tips around visability (how to stop being your industries best kept secret, networking and prioritising your wellbeing)
✨ Connect in a calm, welcoming environment that’s ideal if you’re new to networking or find it a bit overwhelming

Afterwards, you’re welcome to keep the conversations going, book in for lunch, enjoy afternoon tea, relax in the spa area or even stay overnight at The Royal Bath Hotel (all bookable directly through the hotel).

The event is £10 plus booking fee, includes coffee on arrival.

Reserve your place now and join us for connection, inspiration, and community.
