Join us this Valentine’s Day for a unique heart health workshop that embraces a holistic perspective, drawing from both Western herbal traditions and Eastern practices.

In this nurturing session, you'll create a herbal love elixir and explore the power of acupressure, touch movement and meditation to deepen your awareness and promote balance and healing.

Perfect for anyone looking to pamper themselves, couples seeking to deepen their connection, or friends enjoying a Galentine’s Day out, this workshop focuses on heart-centred awareness, ways to bring balance and set intentions for the relationships you wish to manifest and the bonds you want to nurture.

Together, we’ll cultivate an open heart, inviting in connections that ignite your inner fire and enhance your emotional wellbeing.

Tickets are £45 each but if buying as a couple/duo please contact us for a share code that reduces the total cost for two tickets to £75.


About your Facilitators:

Gaelle from Gawell Holistic Therapies is a qualified and registered Shiatsu Practitioner and Qigong Teacher. Her work incorporates reiki and shamanic traditions. Her warm, vibrant energy uplifts everyone she comes into contact with.

Shiatsu - Rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Yin & Yang, the theory of the 5 elements, Shiatsu is a powerful Japanese body work and a complete practice that addresses the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual aspect of the person.

Qi Gong - An ancient Chinese practice, this gentle and low-impact exercise combines slow movements, deep breathing, and focused intention to cultivate and balance vital life energy (Qi). Often described as "meditation in motion," it aims to improve health, reduce stress, enhance self-healing, and promote overall well-being.

Natalie Jurdeczka of Millpond Botanicals is a fully qualified and registered Herbalist Naturopath. Natalie's approach combines traditional plant knowledge and skills with contemporary scientific research, providing insights into the underlying causes of health conditions. She is passionate about connecting people and places, with the knowledge and skills they need to advocate for better outcomes in their lives and communities.
