Why Meditate? A Three Hour Workshop

We teach the true essence of meditation as a spiritual practise. Meditation is used as a vehicle to access higher states of conciousness. Using our specific meditation techniques the individual will over time realise the limit of the space they are sitting in, then the opportunity for initiation into transcendental Light and Sound will be introduced to you. The initiate over time will experience various expansions until there is nothing more to expand into and what that means. People have been searching for this particular meditation practise for generations where you can realise what 'Completion' really means. This Path promotes independant thinking, individuality, purly experiential and the beginning of the jouney into yourself.
