West Midlands Women in Business Association (WiBA) was founded in 1990 and is celebrated its 30 year anniversary in 2020. WiBA has evolved significantly since its inception:Today WiBAis a business and social networking organisation whose aim is to help women achieve their full professional and/or personal potential.is a non-profit making organisation solely funded by membership fees, guest fees and sponsorship.welcomes women from all professional business backgrounds at all stages of their careers. It focuses on networking, personal and career development, social and volunteer activities.has many members representing a wide variety of businesses and industry sectors including: Marketing, Entertainment, Legal and Financial services, Public Relations, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Coaching, Consultancy, Training and Education, Art and Design, Hospitality, Property, Not for Profit organisations plus entrepreneurs from a variety of industry sectors.

Join WiBA members and guests for a gentle stroll around Birmingham and soak up the early evening atmosphere, sights and sounds whilst talking and 'net-walking' together.Net-Walking is a great way to fit in some light exercise at your own pace whilst chatting with like-minded women in business to share your news, business and build relationships with business contacts and friends old and new. Along the route we will stop to grab a drink at a pub or café on route – and hopefully be able to sit in lovely sunshine!This event is open to members and guests and is free to attend (subject only to the cost of your drink purchase) although we do ask attendees to sign up in advance so we know who to look out for on the evening and whether we are all present to head off together! We will also ask for contact details to be provided just in case there are any changes on the evening – or to let you know which direction we have headed if you are running late!We will meet at the Ground Floor Foyer of the offices of Anthony Collins Solicitors at 134 Edmund Street.
