Ash Rides Ldn facilitates spin classes like no other. Explicitly anti-diet Ash believes that movement should be about celebrating our bodies. In their rides the focus is on how we feel, riding with compassion for our bodies and reconnecting with the JOY of movement! Ash Rides Ldn hopes to prove class by class that movement is something for everyone, something to be enjoyed and something to be reclaimed for ourselves.

Welcome to your Wicked Ride!Join us at Gymbox Bank for a gorgeous WICKED themed spin class during opening weekend of the movie 'Wicked: For Good'! Will we hold space for anything other than the lyrics to defying gravity?! You'll have to come along to find out!!!! (Jokes... we'll have a super fun combo of songs from the soundtracks to both recent films, the original cast recording as well as some Wicked adjacent tracks (e.g. Ariana &amp; Mika's Popular Song). The ride will be approx 54 minutes in length but we'll be together slightly longer, for around an hour including set up/cool down.Anti-diet culture, jiggly dance party on a bike. The focus will be on how we feel and reconnecting with the joy of movement. This is an all ability ride, whether it's your first ride or your 1000th you are so welcome!Ash is a queer, non binary human dismantling diet-culture one spin class at a time! The actual cost of the class is £18 and tickets listed below that price are limited. Please read the sliding scale guide below before purchasing a ticket. If you choose a ticket price below the top tier you are receiving a discount. We have called this option 'Defying Gravity'.*The middle price is for those who are able to meet their basic needs but have little-to-no expendable income. Paying for this class may qualify as a sacrifice but it would not create hardship. We have called this option 'The Wicked Witch Of The East'.*The bottom price is for those who struggle to meet their basic needs and paying for this class would be a significant hardship. We have called this option 'As Long As You're Mine'.*For folx who are unable to pay anything, please email us at ashrideslondon@gmail.com, there are a handful of no cost bikes available in every ride.There are a small number of bikes in every ride which are priced higher than the actual cost of the class. These are solidarity tickets which allow those with the means to do so to 'pay it forward' and subsidise the lower/no cost tickets. We have called these tickets 'For Good'.(Please note we cannot offer refunds, but if you're unable to make it, let us know at least 48 hours ahead of the class and we'll do what we can to transfer your ticket to another Ash Rides London class, subject to availability)!THANK YOU :)
