<P CLASS="MsoNormal">Join us for a day- long cross disciplinary conference exploring the role of race in creative practice, led by students at the Slade School of Fine Art. </P>
<P CLASS="MsoNormal">With keynote speeches from Dr Delia Jarrett-Macauley, Chila Kumari Burman and Maxime Cervulle.</P>
<P CLASS="MsoNormal">Short presentations, videos, performance and discussion with: Lydia Luke, Hamza Beg, Kengwu Lin, Jiabao, Jeong, Nayoung Jeong, Daniel Brathwaite- Shirley, Kelly Walters, Mette Loulou von Kohl, Monique Touko, Nacheal Catnott, Jose Mario Dellow, Resolve Collective, Sara Gulamani, Min Zhao and Ebun Sodipo. </P>
<H2 CLASS="MsoNormal">FREE but booking essential! </H2>
<P><SPAN>The conference will be followed by the private view for the Widening the Gaze Exhibition of work by POC artists at the Slade, 7-9pm, at the same venue. </SPAN></P>
<P>Funded by the Octagon Small Grants Fund, Slade School of Fine Art, UCL Student Union and the 'Widening the Waistline' Bake Sale. </P>
