About this Event

Confirmed speakers:

Amy Sinclair: Founder of Work It.

Formerly of Gibson Dunn Crutcher, Amy has considerable Big Law experience, advising both international employers and employees on contentious and non contentious matters. Having launched her independent consultancy, Amy is particulary focused on challenges facing women in the workplace.

Jennifer Skeoch: Partner at Burness Paull.

With a particular flair for complex contentious matters, Jennifer has appeared in Employment Tribunals throughout the UK, defending employers against claims of unfair dismissal; whistleblowing; discrimination; breach of TUPE and collective redundancy obligations; holiday pay; and equal pay.

Suzanne Tyrrell: Inhouse Employment Counsel at UCL.

During her time as a senior associate at international law firm Taylor Wessing, Suzanne worked with a number of tech companies and then following a secondment in-house to a publishing company, she worked at a major investment bank before moving to UCL as in-house employment counsel. Whilst at UCL, Suzanne has been heavily involved in developing new reporting tools, policies and approaches to deal with sexual harassment and misconduct post #MeToo.

Support and guidance that legal teams and technologists can offer to employers/employees whilst carrying out an investigation.
