Wild Combination, Sheffield-based experimental food project, present Wild Brewing, a foraging and fermenting workshop.

Join us for a workshop about brewing from foraged ingredients. You will have some tasters and explore the fermentation process: from identifying, collecting and fermenting, through to the final measuring and bottling stage. We will then start a wine which will ferment on display at Site Gallery. Come back on February 27th to try the wine at the City of Ideas closing party’s Wild Bar.The workshop will run in the morning and then again in the afternoon - please check you have selected the correct times when booking your tickets. Places are limited so please book your place early. We are charging a small fee to attend but if cost is a barrier to you then please get in touch with robyn.haddon@sitegallery.org and we can make arrangements. About Wild Combination:Wild Combination is an experimental food project run by Sophie O. Underdown Lester and Tara Hill. Sensory and social, plant-based food inspired by herbalism, seasonal ingredients and a quest for new flavour combinations.
