Join us at ISCA in Levenshulme for a WILD FERMENTED DRINKS Masterclass with Jules from The Plucky Pickle, plus supper and drinks from Chef Issy Jenkins at ISCA.

Fizz Up! Come and learn how to make a wild fermented soda and a ginger bug from scratch using seasonal fruits and herbs. Jules will give a talk on the magic of fermentation and you will go home with your own wild fermented soda plus ginger bug to create more fermented drinks.

Hands on Wild Fermented Drinks Masterclass with your own wild fermented soda and ginger bug to take home with you. All ingredients and equipment included.

Supper from Chef Issy Jenkins at ISCA (sample menu):

  • Bread, olives, pickles and ferments to share
  • Creamy harissa squash and butter beans with cavolo nero and Graceburn cheese
  • Celeriac, fennel, rainbow carrot, pomegranate and sesame salad
  • Blood orange, chocolate and almond tart with creme fraiche

Come meet the microbes, have some hands on fun, learn how to make your own fermented drinks and enjoy a fabulous supper and drinks to boot!
