Simon Singh (MBE) is a best-selling British popular science author, documentary maker and physicist, whose works contain a strong mathematical element. His written works include Fermat's Last Theorem, The Code Book (about cryptography and its history), Big Bang (about the Big Bang theory and the Simpsons and Their Mathematical Secrets (about mathematical ideas and theorems hidden in episodes of The Simpsons and Futurama).
Simon will be exploring the wilder side of maths by looking at a range of problems and puzzles to baffle and amuse students in Year 5 to Year 8.
