Willow March Hares

Willow March Hares

Overview

Join me for a fun March Hare Workshop, where you’ll craft a stunning 2D willow hare for your wall or garden. You will have time to make 2.

Its spring, its getting milder and the mad March hares are out and about.

You will weave with some gorgeous semi dry willow with beautiful colours showing through. You'll learn willow-weaving techniques to help you craft your very own 2D hare from start to finish. The finished hare will fit flush to your wall or fence. You will have time to make a second.

All materials are provided, and the workshop includes refreshements.

These workshops are beginner-friendly, and for improvers to keep honing their skills. Please note that willow weaving can be physically demanding on the hands. Those with reduced hand strength, arthritis, or similar conditions may find the activity challenging. Please contact me with any concerns to seek a solution.

As this is a working workshop, sharp tools, precarious hanging items, and due to the cosy space, numbers are limited and we’re unable to accommodate helpers or support persons within the workshop space.
