Our purpose is to develop resilience within the creative industries across Huddersfield and Kirklees to drive the change desperately needed in the world.Formed in 2015, our events bring creatives together to be inspired. We run support programmes that encourage sharing and learning so the community can grow stronger, together.

Join us for Wilson&#x27;s Republic #10 as we explore how change has shaped the careers of two leading creatives.We are very excited to be hosted by <a href="https://parishpub.co.uk/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Parish</a> so why not meet your pals early, <a href="https://parishpub.co.uk//menus" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">grab a bite to eat</a> and then take your seat to hear from our guest speakers.T﻿ony Brook, SpinBorn in Halifax, West Yorkshire, Tony Brook is known primarily a designer, but also an artist, educator, publisher, collector, and curator. He founded the London based studio <a href="https://spin.co.uk/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">SPIN</a> in 1992 with his partner Patricia Finegan.The studios has a reputation for creating innovative contemporary identities for an international clientele, working in print, motion and digital media. The studio has been featured in many books, magazines, and numerous exhibitions. Recent clients include Apple, BBC, Comme des Garçons, Ministry of Sound and MUBI.In 2009 he founded the independent publisher Unit Editions, which produces books on graphic design and visual culture with Patricia and design author Adrian Shaughnessy. Tony was admitted to the Alliance Graphique Internationale in 2006 and is currently a professor at ISIA in Urbino, Italy.D﻿ani Molyneux, DottoDani Molyneux is a type-twisting artist and designer, and the person behind Manchester based creative studio, <a href="https://www.dotto.studio/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Dotto</a>. Her work features powerful messages told through playful type. She blends punchy colours, graphic lettering + evocative words to create big, bold pieces that take up space, make some noise and speak with conviction. This is our last event of 2023, where we&#x27;ll also be closing our Creative Bubbles programme. See you there!
