Tuesday, May 26  •  7:30 PM - 8:30 PM
Overview

Drop into deep, deliberate breathing patterns, set to a bespoke ambient and electronic soundscape, helping you feel both relaxed and alive!

Join Mark for a guided breathwork journey.
Immerse yourself in a bespoke blend of ambient and electronic music, created specifically to support this experience.

No prior experience is needed, just bring an open mind, a willingness to enjoy the music, and a yoga mat to lie on.

You’ll be safely and gently guided through a breathing practice that can both energise the body and help you access a deep state of calm, giving your nervous system space to reset and respond.

Benefits may include:

  • Stress relief
  • Lowered blood pressure
  • Reduced inflammation and boosted immunity
  • Better sleep
  • Increased energy
  • Improved focus

Suitable for complete beginners as well as those with experience.

A few tips to get the most from your session:

  • Avoid eating 1–2 hours beforehand, breath holds on a full stomach aren’t much fun
  • Bring a yoga mat, plus a blanket and pillow to stay warm and comfortable
  • An eye mask can help you go deeper into the experience
  • Allow yourself to settle in and simply enjoy where the session takes you

Contraindications – please read before booking:
The breathing techniques used in this session are powerful and can create strong physical responses.

These sessions are not recommended if you have:

  • Severe or uncontrolled high blood pressure
  • Epilepsy
  • Serious cardiovascular conditions, including history of stroke, heart attack, or arrhythmias
  • A history of fainting (syncope)
  • Pregnancy

If you have any medical condition or are unsure whether this session is suitable, please consult your doctor before attending. Participation is at your own risk.

Please also note:

  • Always practise lying down or seated in a safe, comfortable place, never in water, while driving, or standing
  • These sessions are best done on an empty stomach
  • If you feel unwell or uncomfortable at any point, please stop the exercises
