Have you ever tried cheese and wine? Join us for an experience during which, together with one of the sommeliers of our wine cellar and a cheese specialist, you will be guided on a tasting itinerary dedicated to the combinations of different seasonings of Parmigiano Reggiano DOP with four different wines, discovering incredible aromatic aromas and complexities. Your class Wine tasting:- Altalanga Extra Brut Fontanafredda- Pinot Grigio Livio Felluga- Otello oro nero lambrusco Ceci - Nizza DOCG Valle AsinariCheese pairing:- Parmigiano Reggiano 18 months- Parmigiano Reggiano 36 months- Parmigiano Reggiano 60 months- Parmigiano Reggiano 96 monthsThe cheeses and wines of this tasting class are not changeable. The class will be led by one of our wine cellar specialist and by the Parmigiano Reggiano specialist. During the class, our skilled wine specialist will walk you through the wines, answering any questions or doubts you may have. You will also receive detailed wine and cheese cards and the class diploma signed by our specialists. Covid restrictions- We advise all participants to wear a face mask on arrival until seated at their cooking station where masks can be removed, as there will be eating and drinking during the experience - La Scuola provides hand sanitiser during the class Refund and cancellation policyOur classes are non-refundable. No changes are allowed if the class is missed. When you register for a class, you agree to these terms. Should you not be able to attend you can either: - Make a someone else attend on your behalf - Request at least 5 days before the date of your class, to postpone it to another in the same month La Scuola requires a minimum of 5 participants per class and reserves the right to cancel the class due to insufficient enrolment or if the school needs to postpone due to an unforeseen occurrence. We will, at your convenience, transfer you onto another course; if this option does not suit, you will receive a full refund. In this case, you will be informed at least 24 hours before the class.
