The evening will feature six beautifully crafted tapas-style dishes, each matched with a distinctive wine:
- Charred Asparagus, aged Parmesan tuile, lemon zest & olive oil, paired with Sancerre AC Hubert Buchard
- Mini Lobster Roll with baby gem, sriracha dressing & cherry tomato, paired with Sand Boy Rías Baixas Albariño
- Warm Glazed Goat’s Cheese, Pear & Honey Tart, sprinkled with honey-roasted walnuts, paired with Ropiteau “Les Plants Noble” Pinot Noir
- Italian Vine Tomato Bruschetta with basil, garlic & olive oil on toasted rustic bread, paired with Chianti Reserva La Tosca
- Slow-Braised Lamb Shoulder Croquette with rosemary, garlic & butternut squash purée, paired with Marqués de Cáceres Rioja Crianza
