Instead, we work with the body, using movement, nourishment and nervous system support to restore balance naturally. What to Expect This 2-hour workshop blends gentle yoga, intuitive nutrition education, simple self-awareness tools and calming sound healing to support cravings and energy in a sustainable way throughout the winter months. You’ll gain a deeper understanding of why cravings persist — and how to respond to them with care rather than control. You’ll experience: A gentle, grounding yoga flow to support digestion, circulation and winter energy An accessible educational talk exploring why sugar cravings are not a discipline or willpower issue A simple saliva pH test, used as a reflective tool to explore digestion and internal balance (not a diagnosis) Practical, realistic strategies to reduce cravings without restriction A calming sound bath to support nervous system regulation and integration About the Saliva pH Test The saliva pH test is used as a self-awareness tool to offer insight into digestive function and internal balance. It can reflect how lifestyle factors such as stress, hydration and nutrition may be influencing the body. Results are for personal reflection only. There is no comparison, judgement or diagnosis — simply information to help you understand your body more clearly.
