<p>T﻿his is an invitation to align with nature, to slow down , to pause and reflect, to sit in the shadows and to celebrate the returning of the light. The candles will be lit, the Rosemary tea will be brewing, come and sit with us in circle as we honor the longest night. Expect supportive sisterhood, mindful movement and seasonal rituals.</p><p>* T﻿he evening will include a Sound Healing Meditation with Crystal Singing Bowls which is not recommended in the first trimester of pregnancy</p>
