Winter Tree ID and Grading Trees
Join us for this months workshop where we will be learning winter tree identification and grading trees.
This is a free event and will give you the opportunity to try environmental volunteering. You'll get to meet like minded people who share the same goals and aspirations to tackle climate change and help to reforest Northern Ireland with our native trees. This month, we will be showing you how to identify our native trees during winter. We will then grade our trees into bundles, separating them into species and size.
Meeting point: Next to the ticket kiosk in the Ulster Folk Museum carpark.
Please dress for the weather and don't forget to pack your raincoat, sunhat and a water bottle! Walking boots or wellies are advisable.
Please email tcv-treenursery@tcv.org.uk for any queries.
