What's the cost?

The event is free. There is a donation ticket option at check-out, and we welcome both cash or card donations at the event if you feel able to do so.

Can I bring children?

Yes the event is family-friendly. Please note there is no creche, and adults are responsible for the children they bring to the event.

When is the event taking place?

The Winter Wellbeing Fest will be on Sunday, December 14th. There are two time slots, one 11am-1pm, and the other 2.30pm-4.30pm. This is to manage attendee numbers so everyone can access some activities and it doesn't get overcrowded.

How do I get to the venue?

The venue is at 4 Duncan Place, Edinburgh EH6 8HW. Lothian Buses numbers 21, 25, 35 and 49 stop at the Duke Street stop just around the corner. Buses 1, 7, 14, 16, 17, 21 and 36 stop a short walk away. The best tram stop to get off is Foot of the Walk, with a short 5-10 minute stroll to venue.

Are there toilets at the venue?

Yes there are accessible gender-neutral toilets, with baby changing.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Accepted Answer

Yes the venue is wheelchair accessible with ramp access at the main entrance, and lift to access our upstairs event spaces.

Who is the event for?

The event is for anyone LGBTQ+ in Edinburgh and their families, partners, and friends.
