This is not a space for fixing, analysing, or unloading personal issues for others to hold. It’s a gentle, grounded gathering for women who value respectful, conscious connection.Clear boundaries are in place to keep the space safe for everyone

Is this a Networking or business event?

No. This is not a networking space.   This circle is for women who can just relax, breath, put the weight down, no expectations, and just be yourself here.

What usually happens at the meet-up?

Jo gently facilitates the space with light prompts or reflective questions.  Which you don't have to join in, your welcome to sit and listen. There may be a simple, witchy-inspired element, but the focus is always on relaxed conversation and forward-looking reflection.

What if I’m new and don’t know anyone?

Many women come on their own. The space is welcoming, relaxed, and designed to feel easy  not cliquey or intense.

Where is it held and do I need to buy anything?

The meet ups are held in a hotel café. Drinks and food are available to purchase if you’d like, but there’s no requirement to buy anything beyond your ticket.

Is this suitable if I’m going through a lot?

You’re very welcome to come, but this isn’t a space for emotional offloading or unpacking personal struggles. It’s best suited for women who feel able to hold themselves while enjoying gentle connection.

Is this a coaching, therapy, or healing circle?

No. This is not a therapy group or coaching session. It’s a relaxed, facilitated meet-up focused on conversation and gentle reflection rather than personal processing , designed to feel light, enjoyable, and leave you feeling more like yourself when you leave.
