With over 25 years of clinical experience and training in Mind-Body Medicine from Harvard, she is at the forefront of psychedelic-assisted therapy and trauma-informed healing.

Formerly the Director of Women’s Wellness Education at the University of Virginia Medical Center, Heather has developed groundbreaking psilocybin retreats across Colorado, Mexico, Portugal, and Jamaica. Her work is sought after by global wellness brands including Four Seasons, The Golden Door, and One&Only Resorts.
