Women in Tech, Heriot Watt

Hash Code is a team programming competition organized by Google. You pick your programming language and Google will set an engineering problem for us to try and solve. We will work in teams and write a program that generates a solution. Each team can submit as many solutions as they like using the online Judge System, and a live scoreboard will keep track of everyones scores in real time. The top scoring teams world-wide will win cool Google prizes and will be invited to take part in the final. We invite female developers, engineers, tech enthusiasts, etc.. from across Edinburgh to join the Women in Tech hub, hosted by the Edinburgh Centre for Robotics in the stunning new Robotarium at Heriot Watt University. The focus is on having a good time, eating free food and spending an evening solving problems in a room surrounded by other women in tech. It's going to be great! Teams are made up of 2, 3 or 4 people, and if you already have a team in mind please register through this eventbrite page, and then sign up and join our hub <A HREF="https://hashcode.withgoogle.com/signup.html" TARGET="_blank" TITLE="via the Google Hashcode system" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">via the Google Hashcode system</A>. If you don't have a team, don't worry we are running a team matching scheme to match individuals into teams for the evening. We'll match people based on prefered programming language, year group (if a student) and any other factor you wish to specify to us. If you are part of a team of 2 of 3, please consider signing up to our team matching scheme, where we would like to match individuals without a team to yours, or two teams of two together to create a team of 4.
