Do I need to bring anything?

Please feel free to bring anything that supports your comfort - cushions, cosy socks, or an extra blanket. Blankets and bolsters will be available. You’re also welcome to bring a pen and journal in case anything you’d like to note comes up during the session.

Will there be refreshments?

Feel free to bring a bottle of water with you, as refreshments aren’t provided.

What should I wear?

Wear whatever feels most comfortable for you. As we’ll be sitting for much of the session, warm layers are recommended to help you relax and feel at ease.

Is parking available?

There’s no parking available on site, however there are several nearby car parks within a short walk, some of which are free.
