How often do we really slow down? How often do we answer "I’m fine" or "I’m good" on autopilot when someone asks how are we, without truly checking in with ourselves, or without the space, time, or courage to really share how we feel?If you’re looking for a space to connect deeply with other woman, to share your stories, listen to others, feel inspired, release what’s heavy, and really be seen and heard just as you are, then this is the space for you. And I can’t wait to welcome you.Together we’ll gather in community and journey through meditation, gentle breathwork, journaling, and sharing - accompanied by cups of tea, hugs, warm blankets, and anything and everything that feels nourishing. We’ll also enjoy some cosy ceremonial cacao - a sacred drink that opens our hearts and connects us to our emotions.Everything is welcome in the space - tears, joy, grief, laughter, fear, anger, love. This is a space where you are allowed to let go of the mask, and return to who you are in this moment, and be met with nothing but love, support, and presence.Spaces are limited to keep the group small so early booking is advised.Come as you are, leave feeling lighter, grounded, and connected - to yourself and a beautiful community of woman around you.

What the evening includes:<ul><li>Guided meditation</li><li>Calming breathwork</li><li>Journaling and reflection prompts</li><li>Ceremonial cacao</li><li>Sharing</li></ul>

Who this event is for:This circle welcomes everyone who identifies as a woman. Together we’ll create an inclusive, non-judgemental container where each person’s stories are honoured and recieved with love.No experience is needed, and every part of the circle is optional. Sharing is encouraged, but simply listening with deep presence is a beautiful gift to offer others in itself. Everything shared in the circle is confidential.

What to bring:<ul><li>A notebook and pen for journaling</li><li>Your favourite mug for cacao</li><li>Anything that helps you feel comfortable (e.g. extra layers of warmth, a blanket)</li><li>Any meaningful items that you’d like to add to our altar</li></ul>

Location info:Chorleywood Community Arts Centre (10 Colley Land, Chorleywood, Rickmansworth, WD3 5LL)A 5 minute walk from Chorleywood train station. Free parking is available opposite the venue on Chorleywood Common.
