Luz Conscious Dance

Join us for these nourishing and fun mornings of mindful movement practice in my garden studio in Crouch End, N8! The sessions are held by Lu who is an Open Floor facilitator/DJ. They Beggin with a warm up, moving into guided free form intuitive movement and ending with meditation & deep rest. In addition, beautiful music, silence & poetry are woven together to accompany our mindful movement practice. All Welcome!
