Danielle Riley

As part of TFGM`s Women on Wheels, why not come to the Tameside Circuit for a womens only coaching session. Skills and techniques to improve your confidence for  general cycling and group riding led by an all women conaching team. Skills include, cornering, gear selection, eating and drinking on the move, group rding, changing position in a group and close contact riding.
Suitable bikes include, road type, hybrid, and mountain bikes, must have freewheel and two working brakes.
A great sociable morning with emphasis on skills rather than speed and fitness. Ideal for those who already ride and want to join group rides and for those who want to improve their general riding skills. Everyone will benefit no matter what level of rider.
A great opportunity to meet like minded women and try new skills in a safe and controlled environment without having to worry about traffic or uneven road surfaces.
